Beth yw'r uwch-aloi gorau?
Superalloys are heat-resistant alloys of nickel, iron-nickel, and cobalt that can be used at high temperatures, typically >70% o'u tymheredd toddi. Gellir eu defnyddio ar dymheredd uwch na 1050 gradd, hyd at 1200 gradd. Mae'r ymwrthedd tymheredd hwn yn ei gwneud yn lle addas ar gyfer carbid twngsten mewn cymwysiadau codi.
The most widely used type of superalloy is nickel-based, which contains high concentrations of chromium, iron, titanium, cobalt and other alloying elements. Like other groups of metallic materials, the properties of superalloys can be tuned through various heat treatments and/or annealing and quenching. High-temperature alloys have the highest maximum service temperatures and the highest hardness values compared to other material groups. The strength of superalloys makes them an excellent alternative to carbide in high bonding force applications (>1kg).
Aloi Inconel 718 sydd â'r caledwch uchaf uchaf, ond mae ganddo dymheredd gwasanaeth uchaf is nag aloion tymheredd uchel eraill megis Incoloy 925, Nitronic 60 a Stellite 31. Y superalloy a ddefnyddir fwyaf yw aloi 718, sy'n cyfrif am fwy na 50% o superaloys a ddefnyddir heddiw. Mae Alloy 718 yn ddewis poblogaidd ar gyfer offer a ddefnyddir i fynnu cymwysiadau atodi sglodion.
Graddau aloi tymheredd uchel eraill a ddefnyddir yn ein hystod cynnyrch yw Nitronic a Stellite. Mae Nitronic 60 yn cynnig y cyfuniad gorau o galedwch uchel (hyd at HRC 46) a thymheredd gwasanaeth uchaf. (980 gradd). Mae Nitonic 60 yn adnabyddus am ei briodweddau gwrth-wisgo rhagorol.
Mae superalloys Stellite® yn aloion o cobalt a chromiwm, ynghyd ag elfennau eraill sy'n gwella priodweddau aloi ar gyfer cymwysiadau penodol. Mae cynnwys carbon aloion Stellite yn dylanwadu'n fawr ar ei briodweddau. Er enghraifft, mae gan Stellite 6 gynnwys carbon uwch na Stellite 31 (1.2% yn erbyn 0.5%). O'i gymharu â Stellite 31, mae gan Stellite 6 galedwch uwch ond tymheredd gwasanaeth uchaf is. Mae Stellite 31 yn ddewis arall gwych yn lle carbid pan gaiff ei ddefnyddio fel y deunydd sylfaenol ar gyfer dosbarthu nozzles ac offer stampio yn ein systemau gludiog.
